Our chicken thigh cutlets are the secret to incredibly flavorful dishes. The bone helps retain moisture while cooking, and the skin crisps up beautifully for added texture. These thighs are perfect for slow-cooking methods like braising or roasting. Their rich flavour stands up well to bold seasonings and sauces.

Four thighs to a packet and weighing approximately 550g.
